Purchasing Certificates An Analysis certificate provides a user access to the ToxFX analysis server in order to generate a ToxFX Report. One Analysis Certificate per array is required to generate a report.
Certificates for ToxFX arrays Each ToxFX array sold by Affymetrix includes a ToxFX Analysis Certificate. There will usually be no need to purchase additional Analysis Certificates for ToxFX arrays.
To order ToxFX arrays Please contact the Affymetrix sales representative in your area. Affymetrix ordering information can be found at the Affymetrix web site at Ordering Support.
Certificates for Rat230 2.0 arrays Each Rat230 2.0 array requires an Analysis Certificate to generate a report.
To order Analysis Certificates:
Simply phone Iconix sales (650-567-5500, prompt 3) to speak with a sales manager.
Upon receipt of your purchase order number, Iconix will generate an order acknowledgement containing your sales order number and Certificate Access Code. A Certificate Access Code represents a pool of certificates that can be shared among several individuals. If your intent is to create several certificate accounts for several users, please tell Iconix Sales and we will issue multiple Certificate Access Codes.
Please specify the email address where the order acknowledgement and Certificate Access Code should be sent.
Each user of the certificates must then register at the ToxFX web site (www.toxfx.com) and update their profile to enter their Certificate Access Code into their user profile. This will activate the certificates for use with the ToxFX software. To access the certificates, login using the ToxFX client software, Study Builder, using your website login name and password and your certificate account balance will be displayed.
