The ToxFX report can be produced from data generated from either Affymetrix GeneChip® Rat Genome 230 2.0 arrays or reduced feature set Affymetrix GeneChip® Rat ToxFX 1.0 arrays. The ToxFX 1.0 array contains customized content based on the Iconix DrugMatrix® reference database. The custom content was carefully selected and curated by Iconix scientists exclusively for the ToxFX analysis.
Our analytical approach utilizes Iconix’s Drug Signatures®, specially-curated biochemical pathways and other relevant data to provide a fast, economical, toxicogenomics-based report.
